Refund policy
RETURNS
The validity period of our policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
There are several types of goods that are non-returnable. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers and magazines cannot be returned or exchanged. We also do not accept returns for products that are intimate or hygiene items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return the goods you have purchased to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only a partial refund will be given
* Books with obvious signs of use.
* Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes or vinyl records.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts, is not due to our mistake.
* Any items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund
* Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned goods. We will also inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
* If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or lost refund
* If you haven't received the refund yet, first check your bank account again.
* Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially announced.
* Next, contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before the refund is posted.

Exchange
* We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to replace the same item, please email to info@vernoci.com and send your item to the following address: For the nearest return address, please query at info@vernoci.com.
Gift
* If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was sent directly to you, you will receive gift credit for the return value. Once the returned item is received, the gift certificate will be mailed to you.
* If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver sent the order to themselves and then gave it to you, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, who will be informed of your return.

Shipping is free. Your package will arrive in approximately 10 to 15 days. Please expect minor delays during the holiday season.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If the items you are shipping are worth more than 75 dollars, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the items you return.
