Shipping policy

Shipping within the United States is free, and your package will typically arrive in approximately 10-15 days. Please anticipate minor delays during holiday periods.

Processing Time:
We strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Most orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will be shipped on the next business day. Delays may occur during peak seasons.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout and are generally free. Please note that delivery times are estimates and do not include order processing/shipment time.

Shipping Confirmation:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. We will then provide tracking information so you can stay updated on your order status.

Order Tracking:
If you have not received your order within 15 business days (for U.S. orders) after receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at: info@vernoci.com. Please provide your name and order number, and we will investigate promptly.

International Delivery:
